How Does Telepathy Work?

Telepathy is transferring “thought”, energy, from one person to another person. It sounds simple when put like that, in that form of a definition, but it isn’t always simple.

It is best to be calm when trying to send a message to another person, especially the first time. When the mind is in turmoil, it is hard to concentrate enough to pass the message on. Imagine making a phone call, and think of how it feels when you are upset. It is hard to form cohesive thoughts, and convey what you are trying to say. Making a phone call is similar to forming a message to send to another person. It is hard to put thoughts into a comprehensive format when upset by something.

The message you are trying to send when you use telepathy is composed of energy. We are energy beings. Whether in a body, or out of a body, we are energy. Depending on your religious beliefs, you could think of yourself as a spirit, you are just currently inhabiting a body.

The energy that you are sending to another person is comprised of impressions, thoughts, feelings, and memories. Impressions of things you currently see, thoughts on what you are trying to convey, how you feel about what it is going on, and what you have experienced in the past. The memories are of what you have touched, and what has touched you, what you have smelled, what you have tasted, what you have heard, and what you have seen. All of this is wrapped up and contained in the energy that you send to another person.

How does a person send the message from person to another? I wrote an article previously called “What Is, and How to Recognize, An Energy Signature” (http://www.socyberty.com/Paranormal/What-Is-and-How-to-Recognize-An-Energy-Signature.736929). In this article I explain how to recognize the signature of another person’s energy. Once you can do this, the next step is “touching” that person’s energy. To touch the energy of another person, you “reach out” to it, and you “reach out” with energy. Energy isn’t a hand, or an arm, but to learn to use it, it might help to think of it like you think of your hand, or your arm, because you are “touching” and “extending”.

Practice extending and retracting this part of you that you may not be used to using. You do not have to reach toward anything. You can clench and unclench a fist, you can tense up a muscle and then let it relax. It is the same way with your energy. Extend and retract, and do this over and over.

In telepathy a person extends their energy, but does not retract it, at least not till you have delivered your message. After you “touch” the other person’s energy, you “drop” the message, and retract your energy.

It is something that takes practice. Some people will “get it” faster than others, but everyone can do it. This isn’t something that only a select few can do, it is possible for everyone.
