How to Deal with Past Lives
Do you feel stress because of your past life? Do you want to feel relieved?
In the process to achieve the objectives in our life, we face obstacle. The obstacle is supposed to be something in front of us, which blocks our way to achieve our objectives. However, something behind us, namely bad experience in past life, makes us difficult to do the next steps in realizing our dream and becomes burden to us. It can be painful memory, broken heart, hate, disappointment, sadness or other bad feeling, which can drain our energy and make us depressed. It can create bad inner talk, which can sabotage our mind.
We should be aware that the real obstacle is supposed to be something in front of us, instead of something behind us. We do not need to erase the memory of the past because it is part of our history. The good points, such as good personality development and condition, which we have now, are developed by learning process in our past life. However, our present feeling, sentiment, and sensation about the past bad experiences must not be the sad state of mind anymore. Bad experience in our past life should not make us depressed anymore. “Don’t look at nor visualize your feces after you defecate!” They are disgusting and can make you vomit.
So, what should we do when the bad feeling of past life becomes burden to our mind?
The following mind exercise can be useful for you to overcome your bad feeling.
-
Sit or lay down. Close your eyes and be aware of your breathing
-
Recall your most recent bad experience. Re-experience in your imagination the scene, situation and the person, involved in that experience. Was there any person who made you feel bad? Or did the situation in that time make you depressed?
-
Repeat the Step 2 but now imagine that there is universe power to change that experience. Visualize the white light from universe comes to you, the situation, and the people in that experience. Smile at your heart. Imagine that you can successfully handle that situation. Visualize that people, who made you depressed, become friendlier. They smile at you and make you happy. In your visualization, forgive them. Visualize that the condition and situation become better and support your success. For example, if you have experience of failure in your job, imagine that you change that situation and do successfully. Feel the happiness when you have good friend and friendly situation. Smile at your heart and be gratitude. Visualize that you say thank you to those people for the precious lesson they give. Give thanks to God for that experience.
-
Do the Step 2 and 3 to heal your past life or event which makes you feel bad. You can start from the most recent experience, then previous past experience in your previous job, adolescence, and childhood. They may be your failure in the job, bad relationship, or rejection.
-
Do not forget to smile at your heart in doing this mind exercise and be grateful.
-
Feel the joy inside you. Be aware of your breathing. Gently and lovingly be aware of your present existence, the present time and the location where you do this exercise.
-
Open your eyes
This mind exercise or other past life regression cannot change the past. There is no time traveling in this exercise. What we can do with this exercise is only to change your feeling and inner talk about the past.
By doing this mind exercise, you learn to forgive others and yourself. You will build your self confidence that you have passed the bad experience and you believe that it will not happen to you anymore because you have learned the lesson from it. This mind exercise can reduce bad self talk which builds negative thinking. When you learn to thank in this exercise, you also feel the inner peace within you.

This is wonderful advise. Everything we have experienced makes us the person we are today. So we shouldn’t stress over it.

Thank you. It will give me something to work on since I am always and I mean ALWAYS ignored in life or get false hope only to be dashed such as people giving me “flip” responses to confuse me and when I ask for clarification I will get further confused till I “throw a fit” or just “ignore it”.
I cannot give any examples as there is too many to mention but I am learning to cope thru conditioning and your exercise will help me deal with this I guess “spiritual block” that I cannot overcome but I CAN minimize the effects though it’s almost too late since a good part of my brain is “fried” from depression and I cannot visualize very well.

I have a (mild) chronic foot pain that I ignored from years ago where the back of my legs are tight and sore and I noticed if I don’t rest my feet then bad luck tends to happen more often.
I am aware the spirits are likely physic vampires trying to make advantage of my injury and I am not about to let them win.
HERE THAT VAMPIRES GO BURN IN HELL!!!!!!!!
YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAH!
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOSH!
