Have you ever experienced anything out of the ordinary in your home?  Do you often wonder if it is haunted?  Here I will tell you different signs to tell if it is haunted or not.

There are many different things that can happen to an individual or a family that would make them suspect their house is haunted.  Here are some signs that can help you determine if your house is haunted.

1. Things moving on their own could be a good sign that there is paranormal activity in a home.  Seeing things flying across the room, falling off of shelves or tables for no reason, or floating in mid air.  It can be a frightening experience for people if they can’t explain why it happened or what caused it. 
2. The feeling of being watched.  People often report the uneasy feeling of someone watching them when there is no one around them.  They tend to feel a presence or heaviness in the environment around them.
3. Hearing noises or voices.  Sometimes there are obvious noises that occur in a home that can wake someone up.  Alot of times they hear a noise or a voice and it will have the person get out of bed to investigate where the noise or voice is coming from.  People will often believe that someone is in the house trying to rob them, or if they have children that one is up.  They will often get up to find their child or to see if there is someone else in their home that shouldn’t be there only to find that their children are in bed sleeping and/or there isn’t anyone else in their house but them.
4. Temperature changes.  It is believed that a sudden drop of temperature means that a spirit of some kind is present.  They can often draw the energy from a room to try to manifest itself.
5. Seeing images in pictures or videos that was not present at the time of an event.  People have often taken pictures of normal activities such as weddings, birthdays, holidays, and other functions and have seen something odd in them that wasn’t their when they shot the photo or recorded the video.  People often see orbs which can be explained as dust or bugs that reflected off the light of the flash or the light from a video camera.  Other times they see figures or strange mists in them.  Some can be explained and others can’t be disproved very easily, which would lead them to believe it is indeed a spirit of some kind.
6. Physical harm to an individual.  There have been reports of people being slapped, scratched, and pushed from an invisible force.  There can be specific things known as demons that have been known to be violent with people.  If there is a force that doesn’t want you there or you angered it in any way they have been known to actually physically harm people to scare them off.  Other times people take charge of their home and will call in a priest that will bless the house and if they feel it’s very dangerous will perform an exorcism.
