Iran Built a Flying Saucer?

It’s not that I don’t believe the Iranians. I am just too stunned to. In this Popular Science article, “Iran Announces Launch Of Its Unmanned Flying Saucer,” the Iranians claim to have built a UFO that can take reconnaissance pictures.  Well, this does not sound so far fetched. Why? I mean the U.S. has all kinds of crafts capable of taking reconisnace pictures, Spy planes, spy satellites, UAV’s, even solider arm launched AV’s that are controlled by his solider buddy. I mean these photo reconisance vehicles are real. Popular Science and other magazine, and newspapers write about them all the time.

             I guess what is strange about Iran’s claim is that they say it is in the shape of a UFO. Okay, that is strange. But more realistically this is some inside joke. Some Iranian probably thought to just joke about this. Perhaps to scare us Americans into submission. It had me laughing on the ground. So, if it was for shock value? It worked! If it was to portray a real device? Maybe you should have shown a real picture. I duno? Maybe its me, but if it really looks like a UFO I might get scared. Might, but, that the picture looks 50 years old? I am not buying it.

           Oh? You mean that was the point of the article.
