Think logically people, it's an abandoned decrepit facility that is falling apart. If you hear talking, it's most likely other trespassers or guards. If you heard noises of any other kind it's just the building. If you were an old abandoned building that's at least 20 years old I bet you'd creak and squeak too. Is it a cool place to explore? I've been their many times and to most of the remaining buildings, mostly the hospital, and beyond dripping water, bumping into other groups of people, and scaring other groups of people nothing much has happened. The scariest thing that ever happened to me was when me and friends heard gurney wheels being rolled around on the floor above us, which freaked us out since we knew that no-one was up their. It took us maybe 5 minutes of being scared shirtless to realize that it was a bunch of bats squeaking in the attic. Although this place has a twisted history i don’t think its haunted.
