Meditating with Quartz Crystal to Meet Spirit Guides

A Meditation using Quartz Crystal to connect with a Spirit Guide,

You will require a Piece of Quartz Crystal for this.

Sit in a comfortable position where you are not likely to be disturbed by anyone, take the Phone off the hook if necessary.

Gaze at your Quartz , Study it’s Internal Mists,Mirrors,Rainbows, Fractures and Fissures. This alone will relax you as you get mentally lost in the Quartz. Turn your Quartz in your Hand this way and that until you come across a small area that reflects late, This is usually a Mirror but can also be a Rainbow within the Quartz. The purpose for finding a reflective surface within the Quartz is that it will serve as a Door in your Meditation.

By this stage, even though you may not be aware of it, your breathing will have deepened and your heart rate will have slowed.

The next part of the meditation requires some imagination on the part of the mediators. The desired outcome is to find yourself sitting next to the Mirror within the Quartz,  for this you will need to project your awareness into the Quartz, It can be helped by drawing the Quartz closer to your eyes, so as to give the impression to your brain that you are entering the Quartz.

Once you are mentally inside your Quartz approach the mirrored door . This is the portal to other plains of existence. The objective now is to travel through this door. The door itself is a Star gate and it’s destination is always a safe ,peaceful and idyllic setting. Some examples are, A flower meadow,A tropical beach,A country track along side a babbling stream, A luxurious apartment.

It is this environment that will serve as your meeting place. You may need to wait a while befor you meet an energy, on your first few attempts you may not meet anyone or even have trouble getting into your consciousness projected into the crystal.

When you do encounter a being, He or She may be in a recognisable form or in a form that you are not familiar with. You will know because of the powerful feeling of love and warmth that comes over you. The being you encounter will have nothing but your highest good in it’s heart.At first a simple introduction might take place.Though your Visitor will know you. You need to get to know your Visitor.

After a brief time with your Visitor, Thank them for your meeting and arrange to meet them again. Then leave through the doorway that you entered and bring your awareness out of the Crystal and back into your Physical Body.

Before closing I will offer some evidence as to the authenticity of this experience. Firstly the Pineal Gland is a Crystalline structure that is often considered to be the location of the third eye and the point at which our consciousness leaves our body to  enter dream environments.

Secondly Dr Dan Burisch has discovered that ERBs (Einstein-Rosen Bridges) star gates,portals and gateways, and wormholes emerge within an activated quartz crystal.
