Michael Jackson’s Ghost
A personal reflection on the possibility of Jacko haunting Neverland.
Michael Jackson’s Ghost by Steve Zepoloid clairvoyant medium, spiritual healer and paranormal expert.
The death of self styled ‘king of pop’, Michael Jackson has left a void in many peoples’ lives. Jackson has had a chequered career to say the least with people s’ opinion on the man divided. Some see him as a ‘saviour of the world’ and indeed much of Jackson’s latest output has been of that ilk with songs such as Black or White, World Song, Heal the World as messages for a politically apathetic and jaded populace. Some see Jackson as an innocent abroad, caught up in a world that doesn’t understand him, a victim of the public’s misinterpretation of his motives. To some he’s as clean as the driven slush and some would counter, it’s the product of a dirty mind that can’t see the good in anything! Michael Jackson however, is no longer around to defend himself and as the funeral is now over, there are other issues to peak the public’s interest, namely the alleged ghostly sighting of Jackson (?) at his Neverland ranch.
Ghost in the Machine
It was during a broadcast of Larry King’s show where he was interviewing Jermaine Jackson and some footage of the inside of Neverland showed a ghostly, shadowy figure crossing from left to right at the end of a long corridor. Of course this stirred up another media feeding frenzy as the video clip was hosted on you tube and fans decided that this must be Jacko. Personally speaking , there’s nothing to say that this was not Jackson anymore than we could say for definite that it was! It is a well documented fact that there are spirits who remain earthbound for reasons among the following. Some who die a quick, unexpected or violent death can be initially unaware that they have died and left their body. Some spirits also have a strong revenge motive, have unfinished business as they see it or they simply cannot bear the thought of moving on. Some even hang around to keep an eye on relatives and they see themselves as their protectors. Whatever the reason, it could be argued that if this was a spirit, it could be Jackson. Think about it, he adored his beloved Neverland and to him it was a world of safety, fun and adventure, a place where the peter pan of pop could live out his fantasies and in his mind..never grow old! Perhaps Jacko feels a need to avenge the wrongs done to him by those who villified him in the national and international press. He was a human being after all, with sensitivities and feelings just like you or me. One only has to remember the song ‘Leave Me Alone’ one of my personal favourites, where Jackson almost pleads to be left in peace. I do think it highly likely, probable and possible that it is the great man and let’s face it, he was a great talent no matter what his foibles, quirks and idiosyncracies were, stalking the corridors of Neverland and he will likely remain there until he decides to move on to the next level. I have watched Jackson on various documentaries and there was definitely something of the lone wolf, the hunted dog about him….a solitary soul, trapped in his own little world. But I think that all geniuses are alike in that way, that’s what makes their star shine brighter than most….they see things differently, they often think and act out of the box. But one thing that makes me possibly believe it could be his ghost at Neverland is this. He had such a strong spirituality and gentleness about him, if anyone could come back to prove the existence of life after death then surely it would be he? His belief in the human race, coupled with his own unique humanity would allow his return from the grave. Jackson of course isn’t the first celebrity spirit to have manifested, there have been others. Lon Chaney, James Dean, Lucille Ball et al have all allegedly been seen or been said to haunt their former homes or places of work. The differences between Jacko and these other celebrities is that somehow they didn’t have the massive impact Jackson had on people by his music , songs, spiritual and political outlook. He really united people across the globe in a way perhaps only rivalled by princess Diana herself. Where Diana used her coyness and some would say ‘feigned’ innocence, Jackson used both his music and his money…indeed he did put his money where his mouth was. It could be argued that Jacko was the male equivalent of Lady Di. I have no doubt in my mind that the Jackson press and publicity machine will continue to turn as record companies continue to make revenue from the dead star’s notoriety and fame and surely his legacy lives on in his songs. Jackson’s corpse tells a tale tho’ just like that of Elvis, Marilyn Munro and Bruce Lee. It’s possible he’s hanging around to see the outcome of his autopsy and what with his handsomely rewarded personal physician under suspicion of causing Jackson’s death, if it was you, wouldn’t you want to see justice done if indeed that is the case.

I saw the supposed video of “Michael Jackson’s ghost.” It was the shadow of a CNN crewman walking in front of a light that had been placed outside.
