Nasa Received a Distress Call From Another Galaxy?

The signal was detected in January 1998. but experts took several months to work out the mathematically complex signal. What they eventually discovered is very interesting.

NASA experts have argued that alien civilizations sent a distress call, considering the distance from which the signal arrives, it is estimated that the message was recorded about 80,000 years ago.

Joint effort of the international team of scientists has yielded fruit when the signal is finally decoded in the end of 1998. Dr. Viktor Kulakov said on this occasion that the mere fact that people are able to accept and decode a message indicates that the development of an extraterrestrial civilization was at our level – about 80,000 years ago!

Kulakov refused to give the media the transcript of the message, but said that it begins with: “Help us”, and continues by providing the accurate coordinates of the planet. From the messages we find out that their civilization was on the verge of extinction, and that it was not to blame any natural or cosmic cataclysm.

“We face another few years of research, but we can safely say that their civilization itself caused their downfall, perhaps some form of nuclear war” says Kulakov.

It also states that the signal suggests their acquiescence to the situation and accepting the responsibility, but also the inability to evacuate the remaining residents of the planet.

According to this theory, Kulakov belives that civilization from the Andromeda had the technology available for interplanetary travel, but nevertheless they were trapped on their planet because near them no planets that are inhabitable exist.

Although the newspaper article reporting on this event was found in the UFO documents, it should be noted that it was published in the tabloid Weekly World News, which is known for occasional stretching the facts.

But with regard to just this story found in official documents, maybe there is something in it?
