Protection and Psychic Attacks
Learn how to protect yourself from psychic attacks. It’s easy to do.
I know the title sounds scary but it is actually far from that. In this section we will explore two things that are an important part of using your abilities. Psychic Protection and Psychic attack.
Psychic Protection
To understand psychic protection we first must understand where our psychic abilities come from. Then we can look deeper into why protection is needed.
As there is a reason for ever things that happens and there are no accidents in god’s time, every thing on this plain and any other not only comes from God but is of God.
All things come in balance. Nigh and day, Dark and Light, good and evil.
Knowing this, our psychic abilities comes from God and from our lives as entities on the other side.
Because of this system of balance there are two types of entities :
- White Entities: Those of goodness and love
- Dark Entities: Those of hatred and darkness
You of coarse are a white light entity. You know this because you are trying to learn more about your own abilities. Dark lights do not do that . They only care to cause negativity and pain. We all know someone of dark light. And it is always best to avoid them.
Dark lighters carry negative energy. In the first lesson you learned how energy sticks to the things and people around it. This is also true of dark energy. There is no way to avoid it. Have you ever noticed that one day you wake up feeling great and wonderful. You may have never felt happier. Then you go to work or even to a shopping mall and listen to some one there complaining and being negative. All of a sudden you feel ill and are in a bad mood? This is because there negative energy has stuck to you.
This is why it is important to protect yourself psychically. That way you are not open to any negative energy from other people or realms.
There are many ways you can protect yourself. Daily mediation is a great way.
Surrounding yourself with white light before doing any psychic task and at least twice a day also
helps.
In doing this you simple envision yourself surrounded by soft white light. And ask god to surround
you with the white light of love and divine protection.
I actually do this also in my nightly prayers where I also ask god to surround named family
members, loved ones, clients and friends.
Psychic Attack
What is Psychic Attack?
A psychic attack is projected energy. This means it is a negative attack. Some times planned most of the time not planned, by some one who is thinking or acting negatively against or concerning you.
For example: A woman at work doesn’t like you. She may think you do not carry your load of the work. She is always insulting you to other co-workers. Her negative energy is a psychic attack to you and because of her negative thoughts it can cause you to collect her negative energy and draw more negative energy to you. Or even make you act in the way she is saying that you do.
To avoid this it is best to do the protections listed above. Positive affirmation is also important.
This is where each start to the day ( or any time of you day you need it) tell yourself something positive. “ I am a loving person”, “ I am a great worker”. “ I am attractive person”. And so on.
Before you start any lesson from now on I want you to practice affirmation and psychic protection.

Manifestation
When you manifest something you cause it to be. Again, I re-post, that all things happen for a reason. There are no accidents in god’s time.
Thoughts are things. All things have energy. When you focus on something you give that thought energy. Thus after a period time causing it to happen.
Your assignment is for three days I want you to listen to three songs you like that are hardly ever heard on the radio. Listen to these songs four or five times a day for the three day period.
Then I want you to write down how many times you hear those songs played on the radio. If you start to hear them on the radio after the first day write that as well. Check the radio for four days after doing this exercise to count how many times you hear these songs. Write down what these songs are and how many times you have heard them. I would also like to know your thoughts on
how this worked out for you and how you feel about it.
