Does it really exist? The answer is yes. It is extremely hard to explain, some thought they were dreaming, others thought they were dying. The truth is, they were in between planes of existance. Science has proved time and time again that other planes exist. Astral planers have gained access to the one set closest to our plane, it is known as the astral plane.
Let me tell you, at first it does feel like your dying because you feel yourself leaving your body. However, to get to the astral plane, all you have to do is concentrate all your energy into rising into the air. Once you have risen, colors, shapes, and even people look different. They say that since it isn’t a physical plane, you can’t touch anyone or anything there. This is not true, if your energy is strong enough, you can touch or do anything you want to there.
Don’t let anyone interrupt your physical body while your there though, you could get trapped there or get snapped back into your body. You might be afraid at first, but give it a try, you just might enjoy travelling along the astral plane. If you can travel as well as you think you might, using this ability can also trigger your other psychic abilities, so give it a try and let me know how it goes.

I don’t have a room of my own..I have attempted this when I knew for certain that my family was going to leave me alone, so you’re saying if my physical body is interupted from AP, I could get trapped? I thought that was a myth. Either way..thanks for the article, it was clear on (most) aspects. I’m especially thankful for the part where you say to focus all your energy on floating into the air. I wasn’t sure what to do after the beginning phase. Just one thing–what’s it like if you become trapped, I wonder.
