Signs by The Field
Crop formations referred to as Crop Cirles, what do you think of them?
In 2002, the movie “Signs” hit the screens with Mel Gibson on the lead role hitting a substantial box office success. The director, Indian born M. Night Shyamalan whose films have the common themes for the supernatural, mind-boggling and weird science phenomenon has left other films in his trail, The Sixth Sense (1999), Unbreakable (2000), The Village (2004), Lady in the Water (2006) and The Happening (2008). I suppose my awareness about “crop circles” as what this phenomenon has been called started with the above movie and such gave me the drive to write this article. Here were interesting images from all around the world and I ask you to draw your own conclusions in the end.

Crop Circle in Australia

Complex Formations from varied Locations:

Close up of how it appears on the ground

Man-made or attributed to UFOs, you just have to try making one complex circle on a bond paper and if you could come close to the figures, it could probably be man-made. But think again, this strange crop formations average from hundreds of feet in diameter. So it pays to think that there are mysterious forces we haven’t yet reckon with something which our present science haven’t considered existent or just didn’t exist, or is it? There are organizations dedicated to explain or record the appearance of this strange formations in the field but aside from chronicling the circles, I doubt if they are able to demonstrate they are capable to do the above formations. You can check this site: http://www.circlemakers.org. We are not alone.

Really good article, but it look like someone is running around creating works of art in some unsuspecting farmer field and they are doing a beautiful job. I am sorry I just can’t believe in this kind of hocus-pocus.

Could be alien mileposts or some other type markers.
It is very egotistical of us to believe that we Earth is the only
seat of life out of all of the universes.

I’m open-minded on the matter. Meaning if there is genuine proof, I’m willing to believe. Are crop circles proof? Those images are stunning…but I don’t know. I’m more skeptic than believer at the moment.

They’re interesting to look at. Farming is hard enough work without going to all that trouble. It’s a poser.

I know for a fact that we are not the only ones in this universe for two reasons
1) I have personally seen a ufo
2) I have personally seen a crop circle picture here http://hornydevil666.deviantart.com/art/Crop-Circle-131875469
people are foolish to think that we are the only planet in the universe with intelligent life. There is no way these are man made.

The images seems to be virtual. I am yet to believe such where formed. Thanks for the share.

Excellent article. It would be very hard and time consuming to produce designs like that on the ground and you would certainly be noticed. I don\’t know how to explain it

well written article and pics.
I do not believe in UFO’s.These are man-made and initially it started as a prank but before the pranksters could disclose it,this imagination has almost become a reality for few people.

The human butterfly is cool but the question of whether it’s man-made or not… we’ll it could be both. Men are just as intelligent as others out there. Look at how they made Sarah Palin’s face on a field…

Great piece. There are so many with perfect images, I believe it to be paranormal in some cases, quite possible human artistry. Either way, they are still fascinating to view and definitely a great topic for discussion. Great article Will.

They circles do look perfectly drawn which looking at the sizes would be difficult for humans to do. It does make you think. A good post.

I have seen some documentaries about these weird field works, but I not 100% believe on the findings, that humans have done this. Overnight, C’mon, guess. I’ll take the UFO claims..

I am also one of those amazed and equally baffled by these crop circles–especially the ancient ones. I guess it is still a mystery up to now.
