Soul Purpose
In these days of soul awakenings and personal evolution, everyone is searching for that all illusive Soul Purpose, Rashmi Parmar, psychic and intuitive healer explains why the search may be one wild goose chase.

What is your soul purpose? This question often gets bandied about in personal development and spiritual circles. Personal development is a burgeoning new industry opening up numerable doors to what seems like an infinite field of even more confusing and challenging questions.
In my practice I have come across countless clients and students seeking the blast of light that will strike them on the shoulder and state for all to hear, “here it is, here is your soul purpose, now go and create/live it”. On the path to “ascension” so many spend countless hours are spent pondering, meditating, discussing, researching, seeking advice and guidance on what one’s soul purpose is.
I have realised through my personal experience that there is no bolt of lightening that strikes you at any given moment to reveal your soul purpose and if it does, well you were probably ignoring the endless messages that were coming through previously to get you to change direction. Messages from the spiritual realm, your higher self, etc. do not generally come through with a brass band parade. Messages are passed to you in normal day to day conversations in the little things you experience and spend your time doing in simple activities such as when you are watching tv or listening to the radio.
However, none of this is how your soul pupose will be revealed.
The truth is your soul purpose is right in front of you and within you at any given moment – YOU ARE ALREADY LIVING IT!
Consider this – earth is one big school. A school that is teaching souls how to experience all they can create, feel and be in every moment of every day.
the way you “graduate” from this school is by allowing yourself to feel every emotion from fear-guilt all the way up the scale to joy in all it’s various forms. The trick is not to get caught up in the games and drama of each of these emotions but to simply experience and allow each of these emotions and to be. If you succeed in scaling the dizzy heights to Joy & gratefulness free of drama and karma you have graduated with flying colours.
What naturally happens though being in human in form is that we get caught up in the human-ness of our situations and as we know each drama leads to the next and the next until we realise we are playing the game with only half the tools and attention. Since so many of us go through life getting caught up in the dramas in our lives we lose the lessons and so stay stuck in our patterns. Are you following this?
If you get caught up in the dramas, you are missing your soul lesson i.e. soul purpose. If you learn the lesson which is to feel the emotions fully and be “detached” from the outcomes and games you have achieved your soul’s purpose.
Your soul’s purpose is not always to have some high flying goal to achieve, however as you scale greater heights by “flying” through the emotions in daily life and you will find you have the energy, the means and the understanding to share your soul’s learning with new students drawn to the path and in that way you will be living a “higher” purpose.
So in conclusion, in our daily lives, we are ALREADY living our soul’s purpose, which, in simple terms means we live each day to the max, being fully present in each moment, aware of the emotions we are experiencing and accepting that this is just our soul experiencing itself in it’s various forms.
Be blessed and ever present.
