The Real Ghost of Teresa Fidaldo

by Redburn in Paranormal, July 22, 2008

This ghost killed three teenagers while they were giving her a ride. How? Take a look. Warning: This is for strong people.

Some years ago in my country in Sintra, three teenagers named Tiago, David and Tânia were going to a party in their car. David just bought a new DV camera with infrared image capture ability and they were lost in in the mountains were suddenly they saw one girl all dressed in white is stopped in the street asking for a ride.

They stopped and she entered the car. As soon as she asks for the ride, the camera image disturbed and the same for the sound. When she enters the car, they ask her name and where she is heading to. Se says her name is Teresa and that she is going just somewhere forward there. They don’t ask anything more. The camera boy was curious about her and continues to capturing her images. About two minutes later and after asking her if everything was ok she says “Do you see that spot over there… Right there?… That’s where I had an accident …. and DIED!”

I am Portuguese and I can confirm that the subtitles are 100% correct.

Can you imagine the panic in the car?

The driver crashes too and Teresa gives a huge scream to the camera! Now she looks like an undead instead of a person and attacks the camera man David.

The car crashed and when the police arrived to the place, the camera boy, named David was the only survivor. The two other teens died and Teresa was never found.

The worst part of this entire story is when the police investigates the name Teresa Fidalgo and found that she died in a car crash exactly in the same place where the ghost of Teresa said she died.

Some people argue that this is a fake or a teenage joke but they always lose their voice when they visit the graveyard and they see Tiago, the girl next to him and Teresa Fidalgo graveyards in Sintra and keep in mind this video was found by the police. This videos was even played in the news in Portugal.

Scary, isn’t it?

When the police interviewed David all he said was he couldn’t remember anything about that day. If I was in his place I would be afrad to death too!

After watching this video over and over again I can see in Teresa face that not only she was defenseless but she was even more scared than the teens. Was she trying revenge for dying so young in a car crash and wanted to do the same to other people?

Very creepy. If it’s not real, it’s very well done.

Some people still argue this is only a home made video. Then how would that girl be there in the middle of the night, in the middle of no where? For fun? Lol. Scary…. brurrr!

I believe in things like this. The reason why is because one day we too, will die, and how no-one can know. Once when I was young, we as a family went to stay at my aunties place about one hour and a half away from our home.
That night as we slept we had no idea that she was sleeping in the garage!!!
My dad heard, thumping footsteps up and down the hallway. So he got up went to the door and waited till the steps reached the door. When the footsteps reached the door, he quickly opened the door and called out….., nothing, no-one was there but a cold wind that passed away quickly. All night this ghost went on. The next morning, she asked how we slept. My dad replied to her saying not so good. Then she told him about the ghost and his thumping all night long. Somehow my dad knew it was meant for her. Twenty years later she sent him a letter and phoned him for help about it, she’d moved to several different countries and said she’d gone crazy and she was desperate for help. As she was never there for him and used us like guinea pigs, he told her where to go. She died in her sleep some days later. Oh brrrr, chills, this is a true story cause I still remember it.
Now from time to time I have little mishaps and they cause a stir between me and my hubby, I thought of a ghost and it stopped. I think maybe it’s her.

This story is real. If you go to the graveyard in Sintra you can see the threee teens there. Teresa, Tiago and Tânia. David, the camera man was the only survivor. He says he can’t remember what happened that day.

Freaky, but to play the skeptic, if the kids had never been to Sintra (obvious, since they were having trouble finding it), why would they be buried there?

  10. Redburn

    On July 23, 2008 at 12:00 am

They are from Sintra but they were going to a place that was out of Sintra and they to cross an entire mountain, 20 km of mountain. David even says “we are almost out of fuel, we will have to go back to Sintra”.

Creepy huh, but true. I’ve seen dead people in my dreams and it’s like they want to ruin me or something, especially if I’m having a celebration.
I just hold my head up high, and think about god, keep happy, good energy spirits alive, and the negative flee.

I believe it, because I had seen three gosts on mountains roads, and only with one of them (a car with tree nouns in it) I was alone, in the other cases I was with friends, and all of us saw the gosts.
Once with a girlfriend we both saw a gost of a young man in a car, besides the driver, and another time, four of us saw a gost of an old man besides the road.
I have to believe ib such things because I have experienced them, without harm, thank only to God.
    Thank you for sharing.

i’m sorry, but this video is fake. the so called “suvivor”, David, is actually a producer named David Rebordao who makes short films like this, and he admitted it was fake. don’t believe me, look up his website. in fact, go look it up on wikipedia, type in “White Lady”, and you will find that wikipedia says it and has the site. and also, i know some people who live there in sintra, and they say it is completely fake.

That video was scary. I thought I could take horror stories but that scared me so because I felt pity for the girl because she knew she died and she looked sad and afraid, I just dont understnd why she attacked David and did she die that same night or was it a few days ago? I didnt see her recked car in the image maybe it was too dark I don’t know, but I’ve lean one thing never pick up a hitchhiker. I will call 911 or something, because the samething could happen again.

ive seen this happen in many asia films before, and true accounts of it happening in places like asian especially thailand.. ghoosts do exist, it happend alot ofter the tsunami in thailand, taxi drivers were picking up girls, take them to the destination turn around only to find they were gone,, the taxis drivers were scared some couldnt return to their jobs, some wouldnt do it at night again at quiet times..

another time after the tsunami there was a woman calling a westener for sex, i assume she was a prostitute in thailand,, only to find out she was a ghost too..

ghosts exist as does god heaven and hell..

people that say they believe in ghosts but not god, is stupid, they both go hand in hand, however i think this video is fake..

I have searched the web trying to find a real documented article on Teresa Fidalgo and her car accident in 1983 and there is nothing!
A story, which is this big, will always lead you onto a real documented article or a picture of this young girl explaining her unfortunate accident. Which there none flouting about on any website, very strange? I think unless someone out there can prove me wrong. There are no Real photos of her or the others guys graves either…

Actually, the video IS fake. It is a detailed reenactment of the actual footage. And you can’t find any information on her name because that isn’t actually her name, it was probably changed to protect her family. If you want to see something crazy, I would try to find the actual footage of the accident.

Actually, the real video is available for sale on DVD. I have a link to a Portuguese site that sells it. I can understand only a small amount of Portuguese, so I would appreciate if someone who does could elaborate.

    Google: David Rebordão

Sorry to post so many of these in a row, but I figure you folks would like to know, and the more people know about it, the bigger the chance that someone will buy that DVD and distribute the real 12 minute video online on sites like Youtube, so I can see it for free, hahaha.
Well, I read a bit more into it and apparently David Rebordão distributed the fake online to generate interest in the public to buy his DVD with the ACTUAL footage, and make some cash… Check out the link to acurva that I provided. Good evening, folks!
