UFO Over Jerusalem January 28 2011: Follow Up Report
There is a growing buzz over the videos appearing on YouTube showing mysterious lights over Jerusalem purported by witnesses to have been recorded on January 28, 2011, at about 1:00 am. Now, with a forth video surfacing that appears the most impressive of the lot, what do we make of this Dome of the Rock UFO incident?
In one of my earlier articles, published February 1, 2011, Disclosure Critical Mass this writer reported on an interesting UFO incident, referring to it as “almost, but not quite” the tipping point event.
Then on February, 2, 2011 a 4th video was posted to YouTube, from a very different angle and closer than videos 1 and 2, which were really quite distant showing the UFO as little more than a dot of light. This 4th video reveals definite structure to the craft, and best of all is entirely consistent with the more distant original recordings. This 4th video is also quite instrumental in revealing the extent to which the amateurish 3rd video was a clear hoax, even a parody of the originals, 1 and 2. Unfortunately, thus far, the main stream media have not shown the quality 4th video, but have concentrated on the original more distant shots of videos 1 and 2 and have been even using the 3rd hoax parody video version as well, apparently ignoring this newest superior 4th video.
Here’s an embed of the 4th video presented at YouTube:
After watching this video, several noteworthy things come to mind.
First, when you compare this to the obvious fake 3rd video, found here:
You can see even more clearly that the 3rd video is a still shot displayed on a screen, video taped to add the camera shake. Of course, it also has the (not very) special effects added, which completely neglected to include the flashing just before the object rushes away.
It is also noteworthy that in the 4th video one can clearly see distant car lights moving, something entirely absent from the 3rd video, since it is a graphically modified still.
Speaking of this graphically modified still; the very image, which the hoaxer obviously used, can be found at this Wikipedia Commons page:
http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Jerusalem_night_7088.JPG

It was clearly lightened with added glare for video 3, perhaps to make it less recognizable, but the very specific star burst effect patterns of several of the lights seen here exactly correspond to the 3rd video image, and is most definitely the image source of the hoaxer.
It is an unfortunate shame that such hoaxers as the 3rd video muddy the waters of these types of incidents, which in turn lessens the credibility of the original 2 and then the 4th videos. One can not help but think that this may have been the motivation behind the creation of the 3rd video parody, to start with.
On a lighter note, my favorite part of the 3rd video is when you hear the alleged American tourist say, “We’ve seen um in Mississippi like this…”
The first two videos, while from slightly different angles were rather distant, yet even in those videos one can clearly see the flashing just before the object zips off. Upon first viewing videos 1 and 2, shown here in a side by side composite:
I didn’t notice that the flashing was not just one flash but actually two flashes occurring in extremely close succession. In the 4th, closer video one can easily see that the flashing is actually two abrupt flashes that occur but a mere fraction of a second off from one another.
YouTube video analysis of the original two videos, with them slowed down clearly reveals that the flashing is indeed a double flash, lending greater credence to the 4th video as a consistent recording of the same event.
Now here see a synchronization of all three of the consistent recordings presented together in one video.

While it remains unlikely that the 2011 Dome of the Rock UFO Incident will be the Tipping Point event, to bring about Disclosure, it is shaping up into an increasingly attention-grabbing case. Further developments may yet come to play with this one, and if more data comes to light you can count on this writer to keep you informed.

I talked to a few people about this video (the 4th) on ATS yesterday and they are saying the video is from a known hoaxer. They are saying the person who shot this has done other ones in the past that are known hoaxes. I really hope not bc the video is impressive. Good article on it though, it is definitely intriguing to say the least.

Awesome article! It’s to bad people feel the need to go around pulling hoaxes on this very delicate subject line as it takes away the credibility of the actual sightings.

Very interesting article. Thanks for keeping us up to date. This is the first time I have heard of this 4th video. Anyway, it does not look like a hoax. If it is, then it is an impressive work. If it is not a hoax, then it is an impressive vodeo too …

While it’s always tough to immediately accept what is found on the internet, it truly is – if true – one of the single best documented UFO captures I’ve ever seen, being corroborated by multiple sources.
I’m still skeptical, but I must admit it’s got me a bit excited.

How do you know that this info is real? maybe you are just trying to alarm people around here. You are also violating copy right laws by posting videos that were not recorded by you.

I am not violating any copyright laws. The videos are embedded exactly according to Triond’s rules. You need to be careful with your FALSE accusations! Nor am I making any alarmist claims in this article, where I typify this event as, and I quote, “an interesting UFO incident”. I don’t claim that it is real, for do I know whether or not it is real. But even if it is real, then personally I think there is nothing alarming about it. If the Earth is being visited by extraterrestrials, then great. I am not alarmed by that notion, and frankly I don’t think anyone else should be, either. Since we are not under any “Independence Day” type attack, then if we are being visited, they seem to just be curious about us, and that is nothing to be alarmed about.

Aside from what I said above, when you embed a video from YouTube, you are not taking traffic away from the producer of that video, you are actually helping that video producer by giving them more YouTube traffic, in essence giving them free promotion.

In fact here is a link to the very issue about YouTube video embedding at the help site that Triond uses, getsatisfaction;
http://getsatisfaction.com/triond/topics/youtube_videos-10nv3t
4 months ago, at this particular Get Satisfaction page the Triond content creator nbrock_137 asked the following question:
Can I post someone else’s Youtube video in my article and just write about it? Are there any copyright issues there? I’m not claiming it to be mine or anything, just commenting on it. Legal?
Then Shahar Solomianik, one of Triond’s Official Reps replied, “Yes you can.”
That totally answers that.
I already knew this was the answer, and you should have known this as well, before you jumped in there and made you false accusations.
