Understanding the Energy Involved with Psychic Abilities

To learn how to use your psychic abilities, you need to understand about the energy used when accessing them. There are many questions associated with “Psychic Energy”. What is this energy exactly? Can I see it? Can I feel it? Am I able to do things like the psychics you read about online, or the ones you see on TV? These are not unreasonable questions, and all of them can be answered.

What is this energy exactly?

It is what we are all made up of, not our physical bodies, but it is what we are when not in a body. We are all composed of this energy.

When a person thinks of energy, generally the first thought that occurs to them is the outlet on the wall where you plug things in. This is a good analogy, since our energy is “plugged in” to our bodies… And it is kind of like that energy. We can control and harness the energy that comes from us, again using the same analogy, just like we control and harness the energy that comes from the outlet in the wall. Sometimes you can see this energy when you know how to look for it. The first time looking for this energy is usually the hardest, but after you see it the first time, you can generally see it everywhere.

How do you see this energy?

Not all the time, and not always when you try to see it, and are trained in how to see it, can you see it, but it is visible. One way to see this energy is to hold the thumb and first finger together to form an O. Slowly pull them apart, and look between the tips of the thumb and the first finger while pulling them apart. This is done best with a white background, as it is easier for the eyes to adjust and see what you are looking for, which is the “light” colored energy between the tips of the fingers.

When I look for it and I cannot see it, is it still there?

The energy is still there when you cannot see it. Sometimes you can “feel” it, or “sense” it. It isn’t your imagination. Sometimes the hardest part in learning to see energy, is believing that what you see, or sense, is really there.

Anyone can do this?

Anyone can do this. There is no mystery involved, though other sources of information will shroud this in mystery and claim “godlike” abilities because they are able to use their psychic energy for different things.

What can psychic energy be used for?

Psychic energy can be used for many different things.  Everyone has a different talent, or many different talents, just like some people can play a musical instrument, and others are exceptionally good at solving complex mathematical equations, there will be one area, or many areas that you will be good at, maybe not exceptional, but good.  Not everyone can do one certain thing with their psychic energy and be “exceptional”, but just like we learn to walk, or speak, we can learn to use psychic energy, and what our talents are after that, will show as we continue to “exercise” these new “muscles” we have discovered.

Is it hard to learn to use psychic energy?

It can be difficult… but only because most people, when they are first learning to do it, they are older… Imagine if you were kept from walking till you were ten years old. The muscles in the legs would have to be developed, and the pathways in the brain, instructing the body to walk, would have to be formed. This is similar to what would have to be done in order to use your psychic energy.

The important thing to remember is that it is not impossible to learn to see and use psychic energy. Using it takes longer to learn than seeing it, but seeing it, or sensing it, is the first step to understanding it… A person must usually learn to crawl before they walk. Also important is the fact that once you start, you shouldn’t give up. It isn’t impossible, it may just take a while. There is no mystery involved, it is natural for everyone.
