Will We Ever Know the Truth?

by PABrown in Paranormal, April 4, 2009

Strange animals are being reported throughout the world. What’s sucking people’s livestock free of blood and organs, who will give us the truth?

“You state the Cuero Chupacabra is a sick coyote. Based on what evidence?

I have the beast, I have the DNA, and I have talked to multitudes of scientist and biologist and not ONE person has stated that this animal is a sick coyote,” Phyllis Canion

What we know:

It DID NOT have mange

  • It is a cross between two animals that do not breed
  • It has blue eyes

I will continue to research this beast as I stated I would when I first began observing it two years ago!!

I hope this info helps-

What is this?

So far there are no clear explanations; it’s said to be a coyote, or a pit bull, Jeff Corwin offered some advice by saying it’s a decomposed raccoon. Researchers ran some test on the creature at Montauk Beach, New York and their findings showed this animal was nothing more than a washed up pit bull from dog fighting. Explaining the tied limbs in picture two.

But if I’m wrong then pardon me but aren’t these two totally different pictures. In picture one there are no bonds on the hind legs and the structure is totally different. Picture two looks more of a strong canine with bond hind legs. Was it really so bloated from water its entire appearance changed?

This could be so, but I have a theory of my own.

Plum Island Animal Disease Center is said to study more than 40 foreign animal diseases- making it a confined area. No animal existence is known to live on this island except birds, causing Plum Island to become an important bird area. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plum_Island_Animal_Disease_Center

In 1995 The Department of Agriculture was fined $111,000 for storing hazardous chemicals on Plum Island. In 1995 the first sightings of a strange beast was reported, the Chupacabra (suck goat or goat sucker).

“New York Senator Hillary Clinton and Congressman Tim Bishop wrote a letter to the Department of Homeland Security regarding their concerns about the center’s safety: (”We urge you to immediately investigate these alarming breaches at the highest levels, and to keep us appraised of all developments.”)”  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plum_Island_Animal_Disease_Center

Other Theories

“Some people in the island of Puerto Rico believe that the chupacabras were a genetic experiment from some United States’ government agency, which escaped from a secret laboratory in El Yunque, a mountain in the east part of the island when the laboratory was damaged during a severe storm in the early 1990’s. The US military have had a large presence across Puerto Rico since the 1930’s, with bases on the island used as Research and Development facilities (amongst other things) up to the present day. The lethal agents orange chemicals were tested by the US on the crops of Puerto Rico in widespread crop-spraying operations, all performed without notifying local people or farmers, and the efficacy and safety of contraceptive medicines was also secretly tested on islanders who had no knowledge of their ‘guinea pig’ status at all. (”UFO’s Strangest Mysteries”, Discovery Science) This may explain some of this alleged paranoia,” http://www.crystalinks.com/chupacabras.html.

January 2002

The Wall Street Journal reported many scientists and government officials wanted the lab closed, they believed the threat of foot and mouth disease to be great. Plum Island Animal Disease Research Center soon transferred from the United States Department of Agriculture to The United States Department of Homeland Security.

Could it have been possible that something escaped the island? Every since 1995 there has been reporting’s around the world of an animal or creature sucking their livestock dry of blood and/or organs, this pic has been circulating the web but its authentic nature’s unknown: http://cryptozoo.monstrous.com/pictures/chupa3.jpg

Could it be possible Plum Island had a breach and some animals escaped back into the land it was trying to protect? Why has there been rapid sightings every since the early nineties?

This picture shows some type of creature chasing after a deer, http://www.ghoststudy.com/new6/para_files/chupacabra01.jpg. At www dot ghost studies dot com, descriptions, pictures, and videos are available, it may cause a little disbelief for some but for me the unclear description that scientists give and the coincidences of events lead me to believe there are species we have no clue about.

The Chupacabra has many different descriptions from many different people from different parts of the world. It’s said to have spines which make it easier to jump high or even fly. It’s also said to look like a type of canine a coyote mixed with hyena.

A lot of witnesses describe it to have blue eyes that change red when alarmed, giving off a sulfuric stench and high pitched squeal with hissing sounds, but all the witnesses seem to agree that the animal sucks the blood out of its prey leaving behind one to possibly three puncture wounds outlining a triangle.

The creature also has the ability to cause a reaction where its victim don’t suffer while being sucked dry, they are also known to have the ability to suck organs from these puncture wounds. No other incisions, scratches, or open wounds were present, only the fang like puncture wounds.

People also agree the animal has two long hind legs with two short frontal legs resembling a kangaroo, rat, or lamb by face.

Could there be different species from the time of 1995? Wouldn’t these animals have the ability to breed?

If the same animal has been reported throughout the world of sucking their livestock’s blood or abducting livestock into thin air, the question still remains where did this animal come from, and why does it have so many genetic characteristics for so many animals?

Is the Plum Island Animal Disease Center really some sort of scientific cult experimenting on animals to see the different outcomes, hoping to find cures?

At this link you will find more descriptions of Plum Island Animal disease center, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chupacabra.

I may not know if the animal in these pictures are the same or whether or not they really came from Plum Island, but what I do know is in 2003 a little birdie expressed his concerns about what was going on……This little birdie was fired.
