I think that most of the comments that bash this article is mainly due to the frustration of people with higher education who still did not find the “success” they want in their life. I am a high school drop out but I also worked very hard to get where I am now. I made a mistake dropping out of high school but without my education credentials, I was able move up the corporate ladder, buy a house by my self at the age of 26, own sports cars and motorcycles, and now I run a successful business full time. I just learned everything they taught in school from other sources but most importantly I learned to hustle. Something they unfortunately never teach you in school! Just like working 24 hour days and so forth… At the end, this article inspires hope for those that did leave high school to peruse other interests. It can be done, you can find success as a high school dropout, the odds might not be in your favour but and I am an example. I am also not a celebrity.

good topic i feel if you have bigger and better plans go for it. In this world some student or old students are making more money then the teachers think about that. Good work.

Hey C. Nicholson,

I think that your article is very good...
In my perspective, you are just giving some examples of people that are successful and didn't complete school. You are not crossing lines and saying that you should drop out of school, you are just showing some people to represent that you do not have to do all of the schooling to get a job, and a good one.

I am not criticizing I believe education is what is important, not the where you got it from, but if you put yourself out in public, you must expect haters. At least you have had enough ambition to actually do something.
BTW where is the referencing so the claims can be factually backed up?
