Antm14: Announcement of a Trip

The limo drops the girls at the loft. Angelea is happy that Brenda was eliminated. She is also excited to see her billboard photograph displayed in the loft. Krista expresses how badly she wants to win the title ANTM14. Alexandra feels frustrated because she feels she is not doing very well in the challenges and assignments.

The next morning, they are all in the kitchen, getting something to eat as they try to wake up. The doorbell rings, and it is Model Pat Cleveland and Actress/Designer Whitney Port at the door. They want to take the girls out to a cocktail party. All of the girls go through hair and makeup, before Whitney gives each girl an outfit from her collection. They each have to describe their style, from the inside out, by using their personality as well as their physical appearance.

The limo drops them off at Lucky Cheung Bar, where the girls are shocked to find out that it is filled with drag queens. The place is crowded, and the entertainers are drag queens. A drag queen of Tyra Banks comes on stage to announce the event. J. Alexander comes on stage to talk about the runway challenge that they will do on this stage. They each have to use their personality to sell their look and Whitney’s outfit. They each take turns walking on the stage. The audience votes on who they feel did the best work as well as who they like the best. Krista gets the most applause. As the winner of this challenge, Krista gets five additional pieces from Whitney’s collection.

Back at the loft, the girls huddle around the Tyra Mail monitor, reading an announcement about a hairy situation tomorrow. It warns them not to get tangled in the photo shoot.

7:51AM. Alasia is late again. The other girls decide to leave the loft, and they wait for her in the limo. She is by herself, trying to get ready. Then, the elevator won’t open. So, she decides to run down the stairs. The limo takes them to their next assignment, where they meet Jay Manual there. He divides them in two teams before they do their photo shoot. They need to remain focused in order to not get distracted from unpredictable events as well as other people in the environment. The other team tries to distract the person posing in front of the photographer. They have to try to discourage and throw off the other team’s member as that person poses. Jay introduces two designers who created the outfits made out of hair. They go to hair and makeup, and Angelea complains that the glue smells bad.
