Sada is a beautiful south Indian actress who has debuted through a hit Telugu film Jayam. Combining her nickname (Darlo) and original name (Sadaf), Sada has done a lot of movies in all south Indian film industries. She is also very famous for her Tamil film Anniyan.

South Indian actress Sada’s original name is Sadaf Mohammed Syed (also spelled as Sadhaaf). Sada was born on 17 February 1980 in Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh state. She was from a Muslim family and Marathi background although settled in Chittoor. Her nickname was Darlo and she made entry into films with name Sadha by taking first letters of Sadaf and Darlo!

Actress Sadha studied in Ratnagiri Sacred Hearts Convent in Chittoor and tried Engineering in Information Technology in SNDT College of Engineering, Mumbai. Sadha is a beautiful homely style south Indian actress who does saree wearing roles and mostly avoids glamour roles or item songs. Sada has acted in all south Indian languages and also in Hindi films as of date.

South Indian actress Sada has debuted in Telugu film Industry (Tollywood) with film Jayam in 2002 opposite the then rising actor Nitin. She was a rare south Indian actress who comes from the south Indian background and also debuts in a film industry with a successful film. Jayam became a classy successful film in Telugu. Sada has also debuted in Tamil film Industry (Kollywood) with same film Jayam remade in 2003.

South Indian actress Sada has debuted in Kannada film Industry (Sandalwood) with film Monalisa in 2004 which was not very successful. She then acted in another Kannada film Mohini 9886788888 in 2006. She has also debuted in Malayalam film Industry (Mollywood) in film Janman in 2007. She has acted in another Malayalam film Novel in 2008. Actress Sadaf has also debuted in Hindi film industry (Bollywood) with film Love Khichdi in 2009 and acted/acting in more Hindi films of 2010 like Click, Dil To Deewana Hai and Khalbali.

Beautiful actress Sadha has acted in more Telugu films Pranam, Naaga in 2003, Donga Dondadi, Leela Mahal Center in 2004, Avunanna Kadanna, Aparichitudu in 2005, Chukkallo Chandrudu, Veerabhadra in 2006, Classmates, Shankar Dada Zindabad, Takkari in 2007, latest A Aa E Ee in 2009, of which none are as successful as Jayam with her in lead roles. Some films did well because of other top co-stars. Sada has also acted in more Tamil films Aethiree, Varnajalam in 2004, Anniyan, Priyasakhi in 2005, Thirupathi in 2006, Unnale Unnale in 2007 and acting in new films Naan Aval Adhu, Pulivesham in 2010.

Actress Sadha did not have as much success as top actors like Anushka, Nayanthara, Trisha, Ileana who also have made their hit films around the same time. But her first Telugu film Jayam did well and also another Tamil film Anniyan which was also dubbed into Telugu as Aparichitudu did excellently well in both Kollywood and Tollywood. Anniyan has brought her unique recognition as a tradition south Indian actress. She also got Telugu Filmfare Award for Best Actress for her debut film Jayam.
