Bo Griffin, a radio and TV personality, dies at the age of 51
Bo Griffin, a Greenville, South Carolina native, had died. She was 51. Reportedly, Bo Griffin died of intestinal cancer.
Bo Griffin was a vibrant woman who won national spotlight as a much-loved, much-popular radio host and a TV personality. A famous name in the Miami radio circle, Bo Griffin was the host of radio shows at Hot 105-FM and Power 96. Bo Griffin was not only a famous radio host but also as a clothing designer. Bo Griffin ran a boutique called ‘Goddess’ in her native town Greenville, South Carolina. In 2008, she came up with her own clothing line. In a recent interview, Bo Griffin revealed her plans to move to Los Angeles.
Bo Griffin also made several television appearances. Her recent appearances include guest appearance in TV shows like ‘Good Day Live’ and GSN Live of the Game Show Network. She has also worked as a freelancer and has reported for FOX Carolina. As a reporter, Bo Griffin has also worked for a magazine show named ‘Extra’.
Her co-workers remembered Bo Griffin for her incredible energy and for her friendly nature. Her co-worker at Power 96 pays a tribute to her and says that she inspired many people for years and that with her departure the world loses an amazing talent.
Friends and relatives say that Bo Griffin was struggling with cancer for quite some time.
