Candid Moments with Superstar Vera Marse

The night I won the Oscar was the most thrilling moment of my life. I never thought that Robert Redford and I would work so well together on set. We tried it and hey – it worked. Need I say more?

Film is my raison d’etre. I need that relationship with movie viewers.

Sure – I like an intimate evening with the right person. A nice glass of wine and a romantic candlelight dinner. Just two people relaxing, that’s all. I feel like I can really be myself in that setting.

I just get tired of all the intrusions by security – it’s tough to have a personal life with all of that.
