Chris Henry of The Cincinatti Bengals Dies Tragically in a Car Accident

Chris Henry, the wide receiver for the Cincinatti Bengals, died tragically in a car accident in North Carolina.  It was reported Chris and his fiancée, Loleini Tonga got into a heated argument which caused her to jump inside a yellow truck and race down the road.  Unfortunately Chris Henry was able to jump on the back of the truck as Loleini sped down the road.

A witness driving down the road called 911 to report an African America male was on the back of a yellow truck shirtless.  The individual had a cast on his arm and was reportedly beating on the truck window.  Chris suffered a broken arm while playing against the Baltimore Ravens.  The witness continued to report that the male was beating on the truck window and she thought was possibly trying to break into the vehicle.

Later, Chris Henry was thrown from the truck and landed head first on the road.

When paramedics arrived on the scene Chris was motionless and unconscious.  He had extensive head injuries.  He arrived at the hospital in serious condition.

The next morning Chris was taken off life support.   His funeral will be held in New Orleans on Tuesday, December 22, 2009.
