Corey Feldman Died

I woke up today to my husband telling me that Cory Feldman died.  This saddened me greatly.  I grew up with his movies.  Goonies and the lost boys come to mind immediately after he says the name.  Then of course I think of his role in Dream a little Dream, what a cutie.

I had to find out more, like.. How did he die?  When did he die?  Why did he die so young?  I was starting to feel a little sick thinking about how old I was.  If child stars are dying from my age group, that lets me know that it could happen to me.  

So I got online and read the news about it….but there was no news about it.  So I dug, and pretty quickly realized my husband had made a mistake.  It was Corey Haim who passed away, not Corey Feldman.  It is sad, however I couldn’t help but sigh a relief.  They were both good actors from my childhood, why was it so much harder to except Corey Feldman’s death.  I guess I just always had a sweet spot for the one and not the other.
