Women in opposition, competing with career men for power and position, have left themselves out of touch, with what it really means to be a woman, a man wants to behold the splendor of a woman’s femininity, their expression, developing and intricately shinning through upon their faces, with beautiful and enchanting personality, and if possible, without the daily pressure of anxiety and stress, Women should learn from past mistakes what traits men are looking for.

Women in relationship should make things better in the future, by adopting a lifestyle that best suit their personalities, and connecting to themselves more feminine values, unless they improve their personal appearance, and rediscover what men really wants to see, they will continue to climb an uphill ladder, it’s time for women to get back to readdressing the balance, or their femininity will gradually disappear, women femininity is under scrutiny, and soon they themselves will not know who they really are.

Some men are intimidated by intellectual women, rising fast up the career ladder, they are the precipitants with innovated profitable ideas, pulverizing company strategy for greater long term profits, while this is all good and the applause is gratifying, there is a certain kiss of death about women trying to act like a man, soaring higher and higher each day, but gently, unconsciously forgetting their true identity. To reverse the equilibrium, it is quite simply, women needs to feel comfortable with themselves, and get back in touch with their femininity, love and affection has been for years their best traits, with near perfection charming personalities, coming at men from almost every direction, the prospect which requires a little flirting with cosmetics, but that is a woman’s prerogative.
