Hot Actors in Their 50 and 60s: Feat. Pierce Brosnan, Harrison Ford, Dennis Quaid, James Woods and Alan Rickman

Sequel to my previous article: Hot Actors in Their 50 and 60s: Richard Gere, Hugh Laurie, Tony Denison, Kevin Costner and Tim Robbins. This article features Pierce Brosnan, Harrison Ford, Dennis Quaid, James Woods and Alan Rickman.

Pierce Brosnan – Born: 1953

Pierce Brosnan used to look younger. He is now showing every year of his age but he is still one of the most beautiful men in Hollywood. Some men are born pretty and well, remain pretty. You can learn all about this handsome and talented actor in my Pierce Brosnan trivia.

Dennis Quaid – Born: 1954

Dennis Quaid co-starred with the lovely and cute Topher Grace in In Good Company. Now, Dennis played Scarlett Johannson’s dad in that film, but, if today both Dennis and Topher both asked me out, I honestly think I’d favor Dennis. Just like Kevin Costner, Dennis was one of the hunks of the 80s and 90s. Luckily for us and him, he has aged pretty well.

Alan Rickman – Born: 1946

It might seem odd to call Alan Rickman as attractive (well, odd to other people than his fans), but you just need to watch one of his later movies to see he does indeed carry age with charm and grace. Watching his movie Snow Cake, I really didn’t have a hard time believing Carrie Anne Moss’ (born in 1967) character asked him out, we really weren’t that surprised.

James Woods – Born: 1947

I used to think James Woods was one of the unattractive actors. I never questioned his talent and I did love watching his movies, but I just didn’t like how he looked…until his legal drama/thriller series Shark came out, that is. He has grown older, only to look cuter, sexier and well even more charismatic. Sure, just like Hugh Laurie in House, his character’s brilliance helps, but it was two minutes into the show when I decided that James Woods turned from an average-looking man to a really good-looking, older actor!

Harrison Ford – Born: 1942

I never used to care much for Harrison Ford, because I didn’t really think taking it easy and having a laugh weren’t really in him. Then I watched his hilariously fun adventure/comedy/romance Six Days Seven Nights, and my whole perception of him changed. In the movie, he showed that he could be funny and charming all at the same time and that he could let go of the charisma for fun’s sake. In this movie, he was 56. There was a scene when Anne Heche’s character asked him hold he was, he told her to guess. She guessed 45 and then went up, until Harrison whispered the correct number into his ear.So she smiled, and said: “You still look good.” To which he replied with a meaningful tone and smile:” I still am good”.

In 2010, he starred alongside Brendan Fraser in Extraordinary Measures and showed us that he still looked and indeed is good.

    I used to look younger too.lol. I started liking James Wood (in a manly sort of way) when I saw him act as the hero in crazy vampire movie which I can’t remember the title. Do your magic Zoey. :)

    @Val: I’m glad:)
    @Christine: Thanks.
    @Sharif: Ha ha, we all did. But some men just look so much better when they get older. James Woods is like the complete anti-thesis to mel gibson, who started out as gorgeous and ended up ugly. The movie is called Vampires. I should check it out:)))
