Jennifer Aniston: Finally Pregnant

For the hundredth time this year, another celebrity gossip magazine has published an article claiming Jennifer Aniston is pregnant. Has she confirmed the rumours? No. Has anyone close to her confirmed the rumours? No. Is she even in a relationship? No.

Yet, she’s definitely pregnant. No doubt about it.

For everyone’s sake, can we please all get over this strange obsession we have with celebrities’, especially poor Jen’s, fabled pregnancies. Pregnancy is not exactly a rare occurrence. Every single person here today is alive because of it and I fail to see why we get so caught up in celebrities’ babies.

If every rumour about Jennifer Aniston’s supposed pregnancy was true, she would be the mother of about a thousand babies by now. But do we learn from past mistakes and stop believing the hype? No.

Jen has made no secret of the fact that she really wants children and everyone knows that the 40 year old star’s body clock is ticking. Every baby rumour that is spread about her must be like rubbing salt in a very tender wound for her and her family.

As well as this, how must she feel when anytime she gets slightly bloated an unflattering picture is taken of her, published all over the world, and everyone, yet again, starts saying she is pregnant?

For god’s sake, give the poor girl a break and let’s wait and see what actually happens in the future. I, along with everyone else, hopes that she does meet a man she loves and has children, but I am going to wait until she actually confirms that she is pregnant before I believe any more rumours.
