Jenny Craig Causes Major Losses for Women

Read this one!

People might not know how to take this, however, the business of dieting is successful. People are losing weight through programs like the Jenny Craig program.

However, this is not a unique program. There are other programs similar to Jenny Craig, such as the Atkins diet, Weight Watchers, the Pritkin diet, and even Healthy Choice entrees, which are available at your local supermarket.

The secret is in the packaging and the marketing. These weight loss crazes have introduction, growth, maturity, and decline – just like most other things.

We are differentiating between things like the Grapefruit Diet, the Wheatgrass juice diet, the flatbread diet and a regular diet-oriented lifestyle program like Jenny Craig. As you can see, the Jenny Craig program is a community that works together as a support group.

This will help with those of us whose overweight problem is not just all in their mind. There are some of us who think we are fat when we are not. Being a starved third world refugee in an industrialized nation is generally not healthy. There’s a difference between being thin and looking like a starvation victim.

There are a few rare individuals who need to go to places like Jenny Craig who blame their weight problem on other people, or, who, worse yet, play the projection game of cat-calling skinny people “fat” or “fat-heads”, when their own ego is getting in the way of seeing their own weight problem. There is a difference between just being overweight, and having a complex about it. The average woman is a size 14 in the United States, and that is what this article is using as a norm. For the purposes of this writing, if a person is a size 10, that’s skinny, maybe a person should consider going into a weight-lifting program to get some more bio-mass, some more muscle, and get a personal trainer. Excuse me for inserting that into my general article, here.

Hey, you’re beautiful as you are, don’t have a complex about being a living Rubens art form in a world of El Grecos. it’s just that modern society is not healthy, and real food is difficult to find, and expensive to get. The super-size meals at fast-food restaurants and portion control chain restaurants are full of genetically modified food products. We’re lucky not to be so full of teratogenic chemicals that we’re all sterile, however, we could be going that way, excuse the opinion, with all of the mutanogenic additives in our environment, within a few generations.
