The South Park cartoon series has an episode devoted to the egocentric idiocy of Kanye West. Season 13’s episode titled “Fishsticks” pokes fun at Kanye for liking fish a little too much! Maybe he can’t help his behavior or his stupidity. Maybe. But we CAN hold ourselves accountable for supporting him. He thinks he’s the greatest artist of all time because people keep buying his lame albums and making him richer, feeding his desire for attention and his inferiority complex. Donald Trump reportedly called for a boycott on West’s music and products. I agree with Don. Let’s bring him down a notch. If he continues to be successful, it is our fault and not his.
Even the president reprimanded West. I am Glad to hear that Barack Obama has commented on what a “jackass” West was being. His exact words were, “You know, it was like, she’s getting an award and what are you butting in? …The young lady seems like a perfectly nice person, she’s getting her award and what’s he doing up there? Kanye West will probably come out saying that Barack Obama does not care about black people and then issue an apology for it and say it was because he is still hurting from the death of his goldfish.
