It’s 8:00 pm, and I have just tuned in to the E channel to watch one of my favorite shows: Keeping Up With The Kardashians. Tonight, a two hour special will feature Khloe and Lamar’s wedding day. Khloe has only known Lamar for two weeks and she is already planning to spend the rest of her life with him. Let’s see how her stepfather is going to react when he finds out the big news.

But the family drama has only just begun. It seems that her sister Kourtney is having a problem with her sister’s wedding plans because she has only known Lamar for a few weeks. On the other hand, Khloe’s wedding has brought feeling of sadness and loneliness for Kourtney. But, I don’t understand why. Kourtney is seeing a new guy.

Khloe is getting married in only nine days. She is very scared of her father’s reaction since he has never approved of any of her boyfriend’s in the past. Bruce, her stepfather, refers to all  the guys his daughter has been involved in the past as losers. And that her daughter doesn’t use good judgment when it comes to men.

Khloe has just arrived in New York City. She just got off the phone with her mother and told her that it is her wedding and that she has the final say in the color of dresses that her and her sisters are going to wear. Talk about having an attitude. Shopping for a wedding dress, Khloe has selected the perfect wedding dress. Very nice, considering that she had never shopped for one before.

Khloe’s mother has just met with the wedding planner. She wants to honor Khloe’s wishes on her special day. Of course, Bruce has no clue yet. And her mother plans to leave it this way until Khloe tells her dad the good news. Khloe is selfish if you ask me. She is complaining that her mother is picking out the China, the silverware and the champagne glasses without giving her daughter an option of picking out what she wants.

It’s five days until the big wedding and Khloe has just informed her brother that she is inviting his ex girlfriend to the wedding, since she is her best friend. Her brother is happy because he would like to see her again.

After one month of dating, Lamar and Khloe are finally engaged. Bruce has just found out about his daughter’s engagement after hearing the 5:00pm news. Her dad is over-reacting because she has only known this guy for one month. On Sunday, Lamar is coming over for dinner and they will be officially engaged.

But Khloe’s dad is still not handling the situation very well. He feels that the decision to marry a total stranger is only based on adrenaline hormones. However, nobody will be able to talk Khloe out of getting married. You do whatever you want, her dad said.
