Gino was a popular choice to be crowned King of The Jungle this year. With his handsome looks, very white teeth, and engaging smile, he won the hearts of many females, so they just had to vote for him.

I watched the show right through, and warmed to the contestants, and the way they set aside their differences to bond with one another. It was truly a lesson in life.

I found Kim to be a very interesting person. At 67 years old, she certainly flew the flag for the mature woman. She was not afraid to speak her mind, even to the point of rudeness at times, but she was honest, what you saw was what you got with Kim. She worked hard, she mothered the younger contestants, and even told Katie Price what everyone was privately thinking, but didn’t dare say, that she loved publicity.

Kim took on every trial she was given with enthusiasm, and she got all her stars. One by one the younger women fell by the wayside, but not Kim, she was there to the end, and a very worthy runner up to Gino. Kim is a larger than life character, but that is what made the show so entertaining. She may be hard work to live with, such an extrovert personality, and tactless at times, but she was also warm and kind, and I thoroughly enjoyed watching her.

Well done Kim, you have shown that maturity can match youth and beauty, and beat it.  You can feel very proud of yourself.
