Losing a Legend – Michael Joseph Jackson
Missing Michael Jackson.
In the wake of his death, a ton of unpleasant things have happened. People continue to mourn while many others continue to accuse him for crimes that were never proven in court. I can’t tell if MJ committed the crimes or not but as far as rationalization goes, it does seem that he was innocent. So for memories, I choose not to think of him as a “molester” or any other degrading name, I choose to remember him as an artist who will live on for years to come. There is no doubt whatsoever that he was a legendary artist with skill and talent that has not been matched yet and I doubt will ever be matched. He changed the face of music, literally!
So here it is a tribute to MJ, King of Pop, amazing Humanitarian who raised money for the orphaned, unfortunate etc kids in Africa through his Heal the World Foundation, a Father to three kids who adore him, A bridge to those from the Black race, An artist who inspired thousands of fans all over the world and a Dancer whose moves will never ever be forgotten! I choose to remember Michael Jackson for Scream, Thriller, Bad, Dangerous, Beat it, Billie Jean, Heal the world etc. I choose to remember the kind heart in Michael that made him care for the less fortunate. I choose to forget the cases of molestation that really had no evidence, I choose to forget his weakness for face correctional surgeries and I choose to forget his pitiful marriages! I choose to remember, now and always, his music and his last words at London “This Is IT!”.
