Michael Jackson’s Dermatologists Arnold Klein Sues Jackson’s Estate
Michael Jackson’s long time dermatologist, Dr. Arnold Klein, filed a lawsuit against Jackson’s estate. He reportedly claims he will donate some of the proceeds to charity.
Dr. Arnold Klein reportedly filed a lawsuit for 48522.89 against Michael Jackson’s estate, last week, for services he claims he performed over a three month period. The claim includes 179 separate charges, including cosmetic injections such as Botox, Latisse, and Restylane etc.
The lawsuit comes after the judge agreed that estate administrators, John Branca, and John McClain had the authority to deal directly with creditors, and those seeking to negotiate financial deals with the estate.
The bill included a weekend charge which Klein argues was an unscheduled meeting, including rental of a helicopter, to visit Jackson’s home. The lawyers argued that if anything, these charges demonstrated Dr. Klein’s dedication to his patients. They claim that a portion of the money will be given to HIV/AIDS charities.
Dr. Klein is currently under investigation by authorities, as they investigate Michael Jackson’s death on June 25th. He has been subpoenaed for all files related to Jackson, and his office in Beverley Hills has been searched twice for documents relating to Jackson’s treatment.
