Many people in this world dislike Michael Jackson, many think that he is the best! But, have you ever wondered, who is this guy anyways? Why is he so “weird”? Why did he change his skin colour? Well, this article will increase your knowledge of him.

Michael Jackson was born in August 29 1958. He started singing in a band ( The Jackson 5 ) when he was about 7. He started his solo career during the 1970s. Michael Jackson soon became a dominant figure in the POP music world, the music videos that made him famous were Billie Jean, Beat it and Thriller. His album “Thriller” was the best-selling album of all time. Basically, he was a great musician. 

But, did you know that he was accused of Child Sexual Abuse? Michael Jackson went through numerous surgeries for almost every part of his face. Did you know that Michael Jackson had a disease called Vitiligo. Vitiligo is a pigmentation disorder in which melanocytes (the cells that make pigment) in the skin are destroyed. As a result, white patches appear on the skin in different parts of the body. Similar patches also appear on both the mucous membranes (tissues that line the inside of the mouth and nose), and the retina (inner layer of the eyeball). The hair that grows on areas affected by vitiligo sometimes turns white.The cause of vitiligo is not known, but doctors and researchers have several different theories. There is strong evidence that people with vitiligo inherit a group of three genes that make them susceptible to depigmentation. Michael did not bleach his skin.

Michael Jackson was a great man and a very nice person. He loves children and mother nature. Michael, we will always remember you as the King Of Pop. RIP
