Michael Jackson: Natural Death or Manslaughter?
Michael Jackson: Was it foul play – What are the facts?
As I understand it these are the facts.

We all know that the official verdict into Michael Jackson’s sudden death on 25th June, at the age of 50, has been delayed. We know that the Jackson family has asked for a second post-mortem. We know that Dr Conrad Murray, a cardiologist, was with the singer at the time of death. We believe that he tried to revive the singer by cardiac massage.
Michael Jackson’s father, Joe Jackson spoke out on 21st July 2009 on the Larry King show: ’The doctor gave him something to make him rest and he don’t wake up no more. Something is wrong’.
US enforcement officers are looking for evidence to support this claim. On 22st July the police worked with federal drug officials and raided Conrad Murray’s clinic in Houston. The authorities used a fleet of eight vehicles to remove Jackson’s medical records. They are trying to find the case toxicology report. This document should establish how Propofol was adminsitered. Propofol, is sold under the proprietary name of Diprivan. It is a powerful anasthetic and is used to induce unconciousness in hospital patients before major surgery. The media has widely publicised that Diprivan, a prescription drug was available in Jackson’s home. It appears that Jackson took the drug prior his death from an apparent cardiac arrest. The question is – was it prescribed by the Doctor? Dr Murray met Michael Jackson in 2006 when the singer moved to Las Vegas. Jackson subsequently offered him a full-time job as his personal physician for the comeback concerts.
The Jackson family are convinced that Michael lay unattended after Diprivan had been administered intravenously.
Preparation for the London ‘This is it’ comeback concerts may provide a clue. A demanding series of 50 concerts were planned for the third quarter of 2009. These, would have been Jackson’s first solo performance in 12 years. In early 2009 Jackson passed strict medical tests which proved that he was drug free. These would have been a pre-condition for the event insurance that was taken out by the event organiser, AEG Live. The demanding rehearsal schedule is believed to have placed Jackson under intolerable strain. He has suffered from insomnia and leg pain and sought medical help. The Jackson family wiant to establish the role of AEG Live and the onerous schedule on the last few weeks of the singer’s life.
