Ok. The more I watch the news coverage on Michael Jackson the sicker I get. It is up to Michael Jackson’s fans and the rest of the world to keep his Musical legacy alive. What do I know about Elvis Presley? He was arguabally the king of Rock n Roll, He was a movie star, he was a heart throbber, and he had a large fanbase. What I didn’t know about Elvis is that he was a drug addict that stole music ideas from black music artists such as Little Richard. He also placed his name on the albums that he made and claimed that the music was his own. He started dating Precilla when she was only 14 he was 24. The media fails to mention this. They admit to him dying of an overdose, but they didn’t admit that he was a physical abuser. John Lennon was a member of the largest rock group in history and he partook as a member of The Beatles. He was an icon and legend. He was also a drug abuser and he used to beat on Yoko Ono. The media failed to mention that also. According to the media, Michael Jackson was a child molestor, weird drug addict, broke, a man that took care of children that weren’t his own and had a disfunctional family. Whatever the media does not disclose, is that Michael Jackson had good debt and he was paying them off. They fail to mention that he owns over 51% of sony music, which is worth over 2 billion dollars, and that he was the most charitable pop star in history. The media does not talk about the Michael music legacy but they just want to be known as a broke pop star that had many downfalls. Things that the media do are not always suitable to others. They know that even with their negative press and Michael’s death, the support from people and the world out weighs their negatiive coverage. It’s none of their business who has control of Michael Jackson’s estate, children and everything else that the media is sticking their nose in that concerns Michael Jackson. In the past week Michael has had Nine of the top ten billboard album spots in the catalogue category.His music downloads on the net are overwhelming. Sometimes I wonder if these people think Michael was Jesus or something. Michael was a legend and icon He will be missed.
