Michelle Obama’s Shorts?

Here we go again….the media folks are doing too much.

When I heard about Michelle Obama wearing shorts and the controversy it caused, I thought, maybe, just maybe, she was wearing a pair of daisy dukes, or maybe, just maybe, she had a ‘moment’ and decided to wear those short shorts. As it turns out, no. the shorts were fine. Also,I was concerned that maybe the attire was not conducive to the weather – she must have been in Antarctica, that’s probably the ‘controversy’.

Well, of lateley, our media folks have just extended themselves way out there.

The First Lady of the United States was wearing a Bermuda style shorts, not daisy dukes. I believe my mother owns a pair of the same Bermuda’s.

It was made from some sort of khaki fabric, not like it was satin or lace. Furthermore, she was in Arizona – I believe it was about 199 degrees. I believe shorts are the usual choice of attire in the southwest during the month of August.

Come on media folks – lets be nice.
