Mickey Rourke Loses a Bet

The only possible way to explain what Mickey Rourke is wearing in this picture is that he lost a bet with someone.

Honestly, nobody is asking him to be a fashion-plate like George Clooney or Brad Pitt but why would one choose to look like a homeless person who has gone blind?

Perhaps he is still mourning the death of his little dog and can’t see through his tear-blurred eyes?

The sad truth is that THE WRESTLER was the perfect role for Mickey Rourke and he knows there is no way he will top it with his next role, whatever he chooses.  So, he is making sure to keep a lock on her rep as a nutter.  At least he will always have that.
