More Money= Better Teachers
It was reported that many high school students graduate without having the standards of the education they should have, coming from about 40,000 public school teachers.
It was reported that many high school students graduate without having the standards of the education they should have, coming from about 40,000 public school teachers. It is questioned that if teachers were to get paid larger salaries that they would pay more attention to the evaluations and assessment for improvement.
It could be that the leadership of the teachers is not strong enough. At least 68 percent thought so, and only 48 percent believed it would help to get paid more. Teaching should definitely not be a career you choose for the money, but for the love of teaching. You have the teachers who say they’re not the parents and they won’t put up with any misbehaving. You have parents who have no clue or think everything at school is just fine and they never get a letter, email or phone call from the school.
Who is to blame? Should there be more money or better leadership or both? As parents, guardians and teachers have to make this better. Our young generation has to be smarter, stronger and wiser. Without leadership and teachers who care there may not be education not even learning of the basics that everyone needs to know, Only time will tell.
