No Other Words But Cruel and Heartless
What makes people pick on the ones that are down? What makes people pick on the ones that are happy and satisfied with their lives? There are no other words for it but cruel and heartless.
Once, I heard a story about a man that lost someone very close to him. It was a woman. After her death, the man wouldn’t come out into the public much. He just stayed inside to himself. The man was in grief. People began to talk about him. They claimed that he was gay because he did not wish to date again. They ignored the fact that he was sad because he lost a girlfriend. I have to wonder about some people and their way of thinking. The man was hurting for crying out loud. He was mourning. What’s wrong with the people that judged him? I can tell you what’s wrong. There are no other words for those that judged him but cruel and heartless. Now, they have everyone thinking that this man is gay.
You know women. They pay attention to each other’s hair, nails, and weight. If you are a female, what do you think about another female that puts you down every day? She might tell you that you should wear make-up, but you are satisfied looking plain. Yet, she might tell you that you look great. She might tell you that you have a skinny and sexy body and can get a lot of men. She might also buy you clothes that show your body, and it’s not your style at all. Then she might expect you to take off what you are wearing and change into what she bought you for your birthday. People might actually think that you are a fool. Let them know that you are not. They have a nerve to tell you what you should do, and they are not doing that same thing for themselves. I think it’s all just envy, and it makes them cruel and heartless. Now, they have everyone watching and envious of you.
People are good for telling you what you should do in your life. They tell you to get over that someone that passed away and stop living in the past. However, when death comes their way, they are not as strong as you. They never get over their loved one. They are depressed, fat, and sloppy too. You try to encourage them because you know what you have been through. Then you say to yourself, “Now you see.” But, never be the words cruel and heartless.
What makes people pick on the ones that are down? What makes people pick on the ones that are happy and satisfied with their lives? I told you once, and I will tell you again. There are no other words for it but cruel and heartless.

You did a great job. You’re right. People are always willing to tell others what to do, but they never follow their own advice.

It is so much easier to critize than to listen to criticism. It’s best to leave people to their own devises.

That’s right. Most of the time, people are quick to judge. They go by what they think they are seeing about a person and what someone has told them. People should mind their own business. Sometimes they can help you, but they do it the wrong way, and they know that they are wrong. When they are wrong, they don’t care, but no one is suppose to hurt them.

Hello Gail
Do you feel better getting this enormous burden off your chest?
There are lots of hurts in this world. Lots of negative people, jealous, ungodly, narcissistic, and yes down right cruel.
This makes our task all the more important to be kind, understanding, sympathetic people.
You are a sweet jewel…reach out to these people who are hurting, with the love that God has given to you. God Bless.

Hi Catelin. Thank you for your kind comments. To be honest with you, I’m not always kind and sweet. Sometimes I have to put my foot down. Even Jesus did when he was angry. I try not to sin, and I try to be slow to anger. Sometimes, God just simply tells me to move away from certain people. I’m glad, but I still have to pray for them and treat them right.

I feel a lot like you. Sometimes you have to kill rudeness with kindness. Ever notice when someone is rude and you are nice back how it kills them? I have a big heart and my feelings are hurt easily but I am strong enough to take it and know the right way to give it back. In the end you come out on top.

Yea, you are strong. I stay strong a long time, and take mess from a lot of people. Sometimes you have to set them straight because they gang up on you and set traps. Things get out of hand. There’s a time to speak and a time to keep quiet. You will know the right time.
