Prince William and His Future Fairy Tale Princess
Prince William has only one destiny–that is to become a King. As second in line to the British throne after his father Prince Charles, the Prince of Wales, William’s future belongs to the British monarchy and of course-to the World history. But his future role is impossible without the support of a Queen Consort.
Prince William made his point not to think about marriage until he is 28 years old. He is currently serving the British Royal Household Cavalry with his brother Prince Harry as Cornet Wales and just earned his wings from the British Royal Air Force last April 2008 where he is known there as Flying Officer William Wales. He has still plenty of time to think and decide who he will take as his future Queen Consort. He cannot afford to set a wrong foot as it might ruin the chances of the House of Windsor to survive in the next centuries. Whoever the lucky woman he would marry will have a great role to portray in representing the symbol of magic and myth that propelled Great Britain to greatness.
If he would be King, Prince William will be the first monarch to descend from King Charles I since Queen Anne because his blood will be traced up from his mother Diana, who was the 12th generation of King Charles I. The Stuarts (Diana’s blood) preceded the Hanovers (Charles’s blood). William’s only enemy is fate and circumstances. Since 18th century no eldest son of an eldest son of the sovereign ascended the British throne since King George IV succeeded his father George III. Edward VII’s successor Prince Albert, the Duke of Clarence, died from pneumonia before he could inherit the throne, his younger brother Prince George, the Duke of York, went on to succeed the throne in 1910 as George V. King George V’s eldest son Edward VIII ascended but not crowned, he was succeeded by his brother Bertie, the Duke of York and reigned for 16 years as George VI. It is very interesting how destiny changed the course of history in the British monarchy.
Prince William, even if he is very certain to live a normal, free-whilly life at the moment, is aware that his destiny is quite different from men his age. During his younger days, the role of the monarch terrified him that he confided to his mother he did not want to become a King. But now he is embracing his future role with obedience. He might be extracting a different path of life to tighten his grip in his future Kingship more. William knew well too that any monarch who did not fit into the mold of public fascinations could be bitterly judge by history. King William II (son and successor of William the Conqueror), King John Lockland, King Edward II and King Richard III were all dismissed as worst Kings of English history.
His happy ending depends on how he defines the boundary of royal traditions and earthly romance. As the modern breeds of British people increasingly began losing interest in the monarchy, Prince William must design his future marriage carefully, a good decision that will help him govern his Kingdom prosperously and reconnect his roots to his country’s glorious past.
For the next decades, the future reign of King William V will be analyzed in history, whatever the outcome of his fate, only visionaries can foretell, but one thing is sure, the path of the modern fairy tale is on the way…
…And the magic continues.

I liked it. I am also a Prince William fanatic and wishing him to ascend the throne ahead of his father.

Prince William is a responsible man and looks like a dedicated future King, he might be a good leader to his people. I agree with this post, the only precaution he would make is to avoid a bad marriage.

I love your good research on the above article, it has exposed facts to some of us from very far, ( commonwealth countries) to know exactly what comment to make. Let us pray fervently for the choice of the Queen’s Consort for the young lad and get him convinced that the choice for Princes Theodora of Greece and Denmark could be his perfect match. That is a replica of the successful marriage of between the Queen and Duke of Endiburg.
We hope the young prince will listen to this advice.

i am not really familiar with royal traditions but i observed that royals must marry fellow royals because that is more appropriate so william must marry within his royal circle.
