It’s been a long term controversy about the Beauty Pageant. Its said in Nepal that these type of pageants exploits the women, not in terms of brain but the beauty. It is said that the pageants should be of the talents and brains rather than the beauty and sex.

It is somewhat true and should be seriously considered, but about stopping these type of programs isn’t the good idea. These type of contests build up the confidence in the women and talking about the equality, it can be one of the good method to achieve that.

So, we should adopt the good parts of these type of pageants and encourage for the healthy and true contests.
