Scientology vs Tom Cruise’s Children

My opinions on Scientology on Tom Cruise’s Children.

Everybody has their right to believe in what they believe. I am a Christian and believe in God it’s as simple as that. Even though I am not embarrassed for my friends to know as I am still the same person who clowns around, even God has a sense of humour, he probably thinks I am the biggest Wally of South of the Australia. I don’t push it down their throats and push them to believe in what I do and neither talk about God all the time to them as they know what I believe why bring it up to them.

Anyway even though I don’t believe in scientology and have loved Tom Cruise’s movies since I was a teen drooling over him in Top Gun in that sexy love scene, ( I said I was a Christian not a Saint you would have drooled too ) I even remember which girlfriend I watched it with and what potato chips we ate, it was that good a scene, I was a teenager and that was as hot as I saw it get at that point in my life.

Lately too his movies has lost his appeal with me along with him as a person even though I haven’t met him but these last 5 years I have seen his character change in interviews and the last film I saw of his and bought was Mission Impossible 3 and it just wasn’t the same it seemed terrible to me. Maybe my thinking of him as a person therefore rubbed off onto my thinking of his movies too. What I thought used to be good work as an actor, is now bad because of how I feel of him or maybe it was just a bad film and he really didn’t look as fit and looked older then the second Mission Impossible.

Yes, I don’t believe in Scientology but he has his right to believe in it what he doesn’t have a right to do is subject his children to it who will never know any different it’s almost cult like. All they will ever know is Scientology and wait for the mother ship just like Tom Cruise does to come to earth.

Christmas is a sore point for Tom as they don’t celebrate Christmas and he certainly doesn’t like Santa ( maybe because he is jolly ). As he doesn’t believe in God he has always boycotted Christmas because of what Christmas actually means, the birth of Christ. Also Christmas time has been known for a long time where people come together and give each other presents. I am a big believer in God and my friends will tell you I am a big believer in presents. I love to receive them; I get so giddy in fact over presents and love to give them. How can the man not like presents. Presents has nothing to do with god so why boycott present exchanging.

Nicole Kidman’s only demand when she married Tom was that their adopted children, Isabella and Conor, would celebrate Christmas and get presents which was a sore point for Tom but he agreed and it turns out this is the only demand apparently Kate made too before they got married that her child celebrate Christmas.

Kate was a devout catholic and diverted to Scientology but she still did not want her child to grow up not knowing Santa and celebrating Christmas and giving her child presents. But to be fair Kate, which one is it do you celebrate in the birth of Christ on Christmas day or do you worship the Alien loving Scientologist L. Ron Hubbard?

Apparently little Suri is already moving towards Scientology as she jumps to her father when she sees a Santa but then again who wasn’t scared of Santa as a child hopping from one place to the next quicker then you and to your next destination and there is Santa again looking bigger then the Santa you last saw and his beard shorter too. I myself discovered Santa as a fraud and told the whole shopping mall at aged 5 on Santa’s lap declaring him one to my mother’s embarrassment as he looked nothing like the other Santa and also he had a fondness for my mothers butt. But we are off topic here. The older adopted children of Nicole and Tom apparently have always celebrated Christmas much to Tom’s distaste but they also celebrate Scientology holidays including the birthday of founder of Scientology L. Ron Hubbard.

Personally I believe Tom can believe in Scientology all he wants for all I care but he should not bring innocent children into his beliefs until they are older enough to make up their own minds, they should have been sheltered from Scientology all together. I believe Kate should keep her daughter away from Scientology. Time will tell if the children will one day be able to make up their own mind on what they believe and hopefully not be brainwashed.

I agree with you, Shelley. Tom shouldn’t do that to his children. They should stay away from that until they are older and can handle it. Kids should be allowed to celebrate Christmas. I don’t know what’s going on with Tom these days.

    Shelley,
I agree with CA. I don’t know much about Scientology, but I do feel very sorry for L. Ron Hubbard. Any man that thinks he’s god is in for a very rude awakening on Judgment day.If he’s waiting on the mother ship to pick him up, he’s going to have a mighty long wait, as will his followers. We have but one god only, and its not L. Ron Hubbard. When he looks up from the depths of Hell, then he will know he’s not god and so will those that follow him.If I were Tom Cruise, I would think about changing religions and getting to know the real god. Great article, Shelley. Glad to see you back again. Keep up the good work! and hope to see more of you.
    Happy New Year!
