Actually, it still depend on the person… If a person is really competent and effective and hardworking, regardless of age, he/she deserves to be given a second chance to work again…

65 isn’t all that old really. I know many over that age who are still actively employed and valued in their workplace. It depends on the mental and physical health of the person. Interesting article.

In the UK they have found the benefits of employing retirees. They want to be there, they have wisdom and energy. They are not out late at night and are on time for work. They have patience and customers trust an older assistant.

I say no. Why retire if you want to go back to work. They can’t handle the work load. It’s not equal to the other employees.
