1. She was born on 18 April 1987 in Plymouth, Devon, England. Her mother is a fitness instructor and her father, a chartered surveyor. She has two younger siblings, Toby and Florence.

2. Her great-great-grandfather was politician Sir Herbert Huntington-Whiteley, 1st Baronet and her great-grandmother was descended from Polish Jewish immigrants.

3. She grew up in Tavistock, Devon, England and was discovered by Profile Model Management.

4. She made her modelling debut in 2006 but remained unknown in the fashion industry until she replaced Agyness Deyn in Burberry’s fall collection in 2008.

5. Fashion photographer Rankin has written a book entirely on her titled, Ten Times Rosie.

6. She replaced Megan Fox as the lead female character in the upcoming film Transformers: Dark of the Moon, to be released on 1 July 2011. The movie is part of the mega hit Transformers franchise.

7. She had previously worked with the Transformers director, Michael Bay on a Victoria’s secret ad.
