The Greatest Inventors of All Time

These inventors may be underrated, but we use many of their invention. Did you know that the first working flying car actually came from their country?

There are those who always underestimate the ability of the Filipino people. The most controversial among the attacks is the statement of Terry Hatcher in her television sitcom “Desperate Housewives”. Not everybody knows that some of the things they use and enjoy the most are proudly Filipino made products. Below are some of the inventors and their inventions.

  1. Eduardo San Juan

He is a Mechanical Engineer who worked on team that invented the Lunar Rover for the Apollo Expeditions, and is considered to be the first one to design it.

  2. Roberto del Rosario

He is known to be the President of the Trebel Music Corporation. He is the inventor of the Karaoke Sing along System in 1975, piano tuner’s guide, voice color tape, and piano distress device.

  3. Daniel Dingel

He designed the first car watered by water.

  4. Agapito Flores

He invented the first fluorescent bulb, but his patented work was bought by the General Electrical Company in France. Although, there have been many statements who question Flores to be the first one to invent the fluorescent bulb, Philippines claim that Flores introduced the bulb already during the presidency of Manuel L. Quezon way back to the 1940’s.

  5. Angel Alcala

He invented the artificial coral reefs for fisheries.

  6. Jose Rodriguez

He invented an anti-cancer skin cream

Trivia

  1. The toy “yoyo” that we play today was first made in the Philippines as a combat gear
  2. Philippine Land Battle Skills and Strategies are considered to be one of the best, which is why America wants joint training with Filipino Armies
  3. The only country that has the most kinds of coral reefs

The Future in The Hands of Filipino Inventors

Many people imagine flying cars to exist, yet do you know that it is already available for making? All we need in the Philippines is funds from the government. Yes, a Filipino Cebuano is the first to invent a flying car using a magnetic road. Although there have been so many flying cars before that were invented, this one is the only flying car that actually works.
