Tito, Vic and Joey: The Three Kings are Here to Stay
They have been the three most successful trios in Philippine comedy and no one comes close to their successes as individual either.

Tito, Vic and Joey graced the Philippine movie industry in the 70’s and since then became the greatest in their field. They have successful movies, TV shows, recording albums and individually doing well as producer, TV hosts and politician.
“Eat Bulaga”, the longest-running noontime variety show in the country enters its 31st year anniversary this year. The trio remembers with lucid mind how they started the show, having going to do it without them being paid. Being a friend with the show’s producer, the three of them accepted with good faith the trials the show was encountering. Never to give it more burdens, they did their duties as hosts and hope for eventual success of the show which soon had realized as they enter the years since then.
Their primetime comedy show, “Iskul Bukol”, was also a success. It was then the longest-running comedy show which lasted for more than 10 years. As the comedy show garnered airings and commercial successes, the movie versions were likewise achieved hit status.
As the three comedians grow older, their individual career equally on the rise. Charming Vic Sotto, although a celebrated-lover to various beautiful ladies that include TV host Pia Guanio, Christine Jacob, actress Coney Reyes and former wife-actress Dina Bonnevie, now manages to co-produce his films and made a solo career as comedian which even had him achieved the box-office king award in the Gullermo Mendoza Life Achievement Award.
Joey De Leon is also doing well a solo career. He is considered as the most to have numbers of TV shows to date. Aside from “Eat Bulaga” which airs on GMA-7, he is also busy co-hosting “Mel & Joey” with Mel Tiangco and “Startalk TX” both on GMA-7 and “Wow Mali: Meganon” and “House or Not” on TV5.
Tito Sotto has elected anew as senator after a long absence in politics. Although he has been elected in the same position years back, the popularity their noontime show, “Eat Bulaga” has a big part on his winning. It can’t be denied that the newly-elected senator has achieved tremendous number of votes coming from those who trusted him the way they trusted the noontime show who gave so much inspirations, love and delight to all its viewers, from Luzon, Visayas to Mindanao.
Although individually they are occupied with various commitments, the three of them still find time to work together in “Eat Bulaga” in behalf of their fans who wish to see them together who undoubtedly also giving a share of popularity to their co-hosts which they call Dabarkads that includes Ruby Rodriguez, Pia Guanio, Jimmy Santos, Julia Clarete, Pauleen Luna, Jose Manalo, Wally Bayola, Keempee de Leon, Paolo Ballesteros, Diana Meneses and Ryan Agoncillo.
