Although already an established actress, celebrity and Teen Choice Award winner in several films, Megan had her biggest break so far when she appeared in the two Transformers films (2007 and 2009). She played the role of Mikaela Banes, the pretty daughter of a local mechanic and the love interest of one of the film’s main characters, Sam Witwicky (played by Shia Labeouf). Her role was one of the most sensational ones ever played on cinema, and now possibly stands alongside Lois Lane and other female character icons.

This may sound funny, but a huge amount of the CGI budget of this film was spent on enhancing Megan Fox’s “hotness” and/or foxiness. Thus, the filmmakers went through pains to further magnify and multiply Mikaela Banes’ sex appeal — a strategy which payed off well because the film was one of the most succesful in the box office in the past decade, giving Batman The Dark Knight a run for its money! Plus, the male crowd has never been this happier about a superhero film in a long long time (yep, it’s not just for kids anymore).

Modeling Career And Early Acting Projects

Before Transformers and other hit films, Megan Fox was already a model in her own right. I think a few years ago, she co-starred with Lindsay Lohan in a film. That’s quite a combination, isn’t it? Ok I don’t know a lot about that stuff. Maybe I’m not the authority on the subject. Rumored Relationship With Co-Actor Shia Lebeouf

If you ask me, this is nothing more than a publicity stunt to increase the sales of the Transformers movie. According to celebrity news, the two were often “seen in public places together”. Little did fans know that it’s part of the “job description”. Please don’t get mad at me if you’re one of those who feel all mushy about the Fox-Lebeouf team-up, but whether or not they are really together, it’s not for me to determine.
