What Did Charlie Sheen Do?
Why because of a few comments is one of the biggest stars of our time being torn to shreds by the media?
Charlie Sheen is a relatively normal guy it would seem. I can’t really imagine a world full of people who wouldn’t drastically change their outlook on life when being paid two million dollars a week. That’s not to say that we shouldn’t put less value on monetary things, but we all know that’s never going to happen.
Although I’m not a supporter of drug use, I do applaud Charlie for his completely candid remarks about his use. He is not trying to hide behind some dark cloud of lies as celebrities usually do. He has let everyone into his very flustered life without delay, and has not looked back.
Of course, he has had some questionable antics. For example, the fact that he is living with his two “goddesses”. OK, I get it, life is great, but as a father with kids in the house, I’m simply not sure its the proper road to travel down.
Celebrities are just people, people with loads of cash, endless parties to attend, and a life that completely destroys those who are not strong enough to survive. Charlie Sheen seems to have figured out a way to nearly balance the act of being a publicly scrutinized drug addict, as well as a sought after actor, and huge star on Two and a Half Men. Although his return to the show is still questionable, it was rumoured he fought very hard for wages to be paid to the cast members who would lose out on the remaining payments for the seasons missed this year. These are not the actions of a self absorbed man.
Charlie Sheen is in a rough period of his life, but cmon, it’s not time to start calling him disgusting names, he was wonderful up til now….oh wait, it does only take one thing to completely change millions of peoples perception of you nowadays…god help us all.
