Why Do Celebrities Have Open Marriages?

Why do celebrities have open marriages? It’s bewildering to me as I read about how they would spend so much money getting married and then said that it’s alright to date other people and to sleep with them too. I can’t seem to figure it out. How could they do that after the vows and the children? One example is Will Smith and Jada Pinkett. They have an open marriage but in their interview they expressed undying love for each other. They have kids together but they agree to let the other person date other people and sleep with other people. It’s something that I don’t understand. Is there a secret behind that kind of relationship? Why don’t they just break up and date other people? Why stay together knowing that the other person is sleeping around?

This is the new Hollywood relationship that is going around and it’s confusing. You would sit there all day wondering why they would be interested in that kind of relationship. There are many relationships going around in Hollywood. It’s nerve breaking to think that you’re sharing checking accounts with someone who will be constantly dating other people. How can they have things together in their relationship? Is it a publicity thing? Are they just saying these things to get more media coverage or to keep their image fresh in people’s mind? You never know with people in Hollywood. I can tell you that people in Hollywood are very different from normal people.

 Look at Hugh Heffner, he has three girlfriends at one time and they all sleep together with him and they all accepted each other. Well, when interviewed, they said that he has money so they love being with him even though he has many girlfriends. There are many other celebrities in Hollywood that have multiple partners. We are familiar with people in Hollywood going gay like Lindsey Lohan or Tila Tequila. It’s a regular thing in Hollywood even if we don’t think it’s normal. Hollywood is this fantasy world that we are not in. One thing that I will have a hard time figuring out is the open marriage thing. People are doing it in Hollywood. I just can’t figure out why but I think it has something to do with publicity or that’s just how celebrities are. I know that celebrities would do anything for publicity. They want to keep their image fresh in the media and if they remain popular then they get more work in Hollywood.
