Why Do People Love Jennifer Aniston?
What is it about Jennifer Aniston that makes the public hold her in such high esteem?
Each week when I am in the check out line of the grocery store, I see at least one magazine with Jennifer Aniston gracing the cover. From gossip mags to People Magazine, the former Friends star remains a celebrity of choice to sell copy.

Why does everybody love Jennifer Aniston?
Remarkable good looks aside, she is a deeply talented actress. The world fell in love with her as the lovable Rachel on the tv series, Friends, and has steadfastly remained loyal to her.
From her million dollar wedding to movie star Brad Pitt, to the heart-tugging break up several years later, fans of Jennifer Aniston have empathized with her ups and downs and rallied to show her their support. It’s a testament to her conduct and personal character that so many people have nothing but good wishes for her.
Jennifer Aniston is down to earth, friendly and lives in a world where both feet are planted firmly on the ground. She is not subject to spoiled diva tantrums, nor does she flaunt her fame in an effort to make others feel inferior. Jennifer Aniston, simply put, is a very nice woman.
I have to admit, I’ve been a fan of Jennifer Aniston since Friends first aired. Rachel-cut aside, it was a great show, and her character could easily have come off spoiled and unlikable. Moving on from the long running series, I was on team Jennifer when the big marriage split came about. No, I didn’t have a t-shirt, but I did feel for her.
What makes Jen so lovable is her girl next door personality. She’s funny, charming and often quite candid. She keeps her personal life as personal as she possibly can, and doesn’t push herself into the spotlight with cheap publicity stunts.
Jen is the kind of woman you can imagine holding the door of the elevator for you, or letting you ahead of her in the grocery line if you only have a couple items. In spite of her celebrity status, she strikes us as an average person. Courteous, respectful of others, and well, just nice.
It’s an oddity she should have such a commoners appeal, since she’s actually a celebrity child herself, being the daughter of actor John Aniston. Yet, there she is, on every magazine cover. We watch her dating life with much interest, not because we are looking for scandal, but because we want happiness for her.
It’s rare that a celebrity evokes such loyalty from fans, but Jen has such a genuine nature, it’s hard to begrudge her the limelight. The reason we love her is because she reminds us, to some degree, of ourselves. Regular people just trying to get through life and it’s many ups and downs. Of-course we wish Jennifer Aniston nothing but happiness; after all, she proves that nice girls don’t have to finish last.
